Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Inkers collects through inkers.app, why, and what rights you have over it. It complements the Terms of Sale, which govern purchases themselves.
1. Controller
Inkers S.A.S., a société par actions simplifiée, with registered office at 154 rue de Fresnes, 78630 Orgeval, France, registered under SIREN 892841420.
Data protection contact: Dimitri Fortias, support@inkers.app
2. Data collected when you buy
The email address provided at checkout is collected in order to deliver the order, to send the confirmation and receipt, and to provide support. The legal basis is performance of the contract.
Payment card details are never received or stored by Inkers. Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Limited, which acts as an independent controller for the data it collects to process and secure the transaction.
Order records, including the amount, the product and the date, are retained for the periods required by accounting and tax law. The email address is not used for marketing unless you have separately opted in.
3. Cookies and measurement tools
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: audience measurement and advertising measurement. They are optional. Nothing is loaded and no identifier is created until you have accepted them in the banner shown on your first visit. A visitor who has not answered is treated as having refused, and the legal basis is consent.
Two third-party tools are used, and only after acceptance:
- Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure audience and navigation on the site.
- The Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure which advertisements lead to a visit or a purchase. It reports page views, product views, checkout starts and completed purchases, together with the product reference, the amount and the currency. No name, email address or postal address is transmitted to it.
Strictly necessary storage used to remember your own choice is not covered by consent and is always present.
4. Withdrawing consent
Your choice is recorded in your browser's local storage under the key inkers.consent. You can change it at any time through the "Cookie preferences" control in the footer of every page, which reopens the banner. Until you answer again, no analytics or advertising tracker is loaded.
Refusing or withdrawing consent has no effect on access to the site or on your ability to place an order.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google and Meta may process data outside the European Union. Those transfers are carried out by those providers on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
The site and its content are hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, in data centres located within the European Union.
6. Your rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to support@inkers.app. Erasure of personal data does not affect the retention of financial records required by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority.
7. Amendments
This policy may be amended to reflect changes in the tools used or in the law. The date at the top of this page indicates the version in force.
