We couldn't resist presenting you with the re-release of this novel written by the British author Mo Hayder and originally released in 2007. Not only because the book is a dark masterpiece - the plot, which takes place in Tokyo, mixes yakuzas and atrocious historical facts (the massacre of Nanking during the Second World War) - but also because the publisher Folio had the good idea to put a magnificent tattoo on the cover. A splendid dragon made by the Tokyo tattoo artist Horitoshi 1, mostly by hand, as is the Japanese tradition of tebori. The Ikebukuro master is still in business and regularly updates his instagram account (@horitoshi1). Unfortunately for the novelist Mo Hayder and her fans, she passed away suddenly last year.
